Thank you for visiting our website. Alpine Baptist Church has had a presence in the Alpine township community since 1926. Our goal is to teach people the truth from God’s Word that leads them to love God and love people. People today have questions about identity, God, religion, salvation and eternal life. We believe the Bible provides the answers to those questions. But what makes knowledge from the Bible unique is the way it transforms lives, marriages, families, and communities. It would be our privilege for you to visit us and discover for yourself the way biblical truth can lead to loving and meaningful relationships. We even have a special gift for you when you come. Alpine Baptist Church is located in the northwest end of Grand Rapids, just north of the shopping district on Alpine Avenue.
What it’s like to join us
Our children’s classes are staffed by safety trained, loving adults.
We’ll welcome you at the door with smiling faces and after the service with a hot drink.
Each of our services lasts about 60 minutes.
Feel free to come dressed comfortably. Some of us wear jeans, some wear suits. Either is fine.
If you don’t have a copy of the Bible at home, we would love for you to take one of our pew copies home.
Our services feature a blend of both modern and classic worship music that focus our hearts on Jesus.
Please visit our welcome center in the foyer before you leave - we have a gift for you!
